We value your privacy. Therefore we keep your information in confidence, except where we need to supply our third-party partners information in order to provide our services to you. We work with the following third parties who may be given relevant information that you supply us: Mail Chimp, Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Auckland Building Specialists work with various third-parties like Instagram, Facebook and Google to see what actions you take on third party websites to deliver our personalised ads to you via third party websites.  We use demographics and Interest reporting features in Google Analytics to anonymously track users on our websites, collect information such as which pages were visited and how long was spent there.  This information helps us to improve our websites to give you a better experience.

How long we retain your data

We retain your anonymised data indefinitely.

We save your billing information and other information gathered about you for as long as needed for accounting purposes or other obligations deriving from law, but no longer than is absolutely necessary.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Even though we try our best we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
